Hassan is a small region in Karnataka which is well known for its exquisite temple architectures. The region experiences amiable climate for almost the whole part of the year. The months of summer are quite hot over here with mercury rising up to around 35 degree centigrade and April is arguably one of the hottest months in the region. Heavy rainfall is experienced during Monsoon season. Winters also remain quite warm with maximum temperature remaining around 31 degrees and minimum temperature touching 24 degree centigrade. The ideal season to visit Hassan therefore remains from October to March when the weather remains just pleasant to roam about and explore this ancient town.
